Through its Quality Policy, TCA expresses its goal, which is to satisfy its customers. In order to reach this goal, TCA involves all the staff in a program of continuous improvement wich simulates their creativity, responsibility and initiative.

The excellence training provided by its human resources team creates a favorable environment to work efficiently and to meet the requirements imposed by the Department of Quality Assurance.

The Quality Management System is implemented in TCA under different international standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO /TS 16946 and ISO 41001.

TCA understand that the implementation of the objectives set by its customers enables TCA to build long-lasting relationships with their customers where both will succeed.
